Epson has announced two new additions to its Perfection line of scanners, the Epson Perfection V37 and V370. The two new scanners offer 4800 x 9600 dpi optical resolution and integrated capabilities of scan-to-nub and, to analyze, access, organize and share documents via services like Google Docs, MS SharePoint, Evernote, and others.
Both models feature a large 180 degree lid for scanning oversized materials. The V370 has a transparency unit composed of 35 mm that allows users to scan slides, negatives and film strips.
The new models also include ArcSoft Scan-n-Stitch to explore parts of the documents and then paste it; Easy Photo Fix to restore the faded colors of prints and make other corrections; ReadyScan LED technology to remove heat and reduce power consumption power and performance of a single touch.
The Epson Perfection V37 is priced equivalent to about 69 euros, while the V370 costs about 92 euros.
